Many of us cannot live without having a snack. And in
front of the TV and even less so there is a keen desire something to chew. What
to do if you keep to a diet, but is resolutely not able to cope with this
weakness?
Food and TV: to eat or suffer
Something to chew painful desire will not lead to
anything good. If you long constrain it, then the high probability to break and
destroy then three times more than the planned norm. Therefore it is better to
eat a little, than to risk a gluttony. The most important — the correct menu.
What can be eaten
Cut before viewing fruit small pieces and eat them
slowly, not a spoon, and hands — on one piece. If there is a strong wish to
crackle something, it is possible to take banana chips. Also dried fruits are
not contraindicated. It is possible to make smuz with pieces of fruit and to
slowly sip it through a tubule. Carrots can polish and to cut it thin stripes.
Having a snack will be very useful. It is also possible to eat other noncaloric
vegetables. For example, boil a cauliflower in advance and sort it on small
inflorescences. From a cauliflower sense of fulness quickly comes.
What cannot be eaten
Everything that is forbidden on a diet in principle,
it is better not to keep in the house at all: chips, high-calorie salty nutlets
and cookies. You should not eat nothing from heavy food — you will not control
eaten. Therefore the main meal has to be in kitchen. If the spouse eats in
front of the TV something harmful to you — do not watch with it TV. The hand
itself will stretch to a pack with chips or to beer.
And at what to look at a leisure?
If you have nothing to watch on TV, be not upset. Now
anything can be looked on the Internet. You can enjoy not only viewing of
favourite movies. By the way, viewing of favourite
transfers positively influences our mentality — they lighten us mood and calm.
And here it is better to postpone viewing of horror films. Though they also
promote adrenaline emission, but it is not really good.
